Strophe is a small-press literary magazine founded by Rosalie Capra and based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The magazine first published Woodrow Sykes' epic free-form poem I Am in its Summer 1994 issue, and later published poems by Regina Everett, Winsome Donne, and Michael Everett in a Spring 1998 issue entitled "Incipit."

The journal is named for the the first part of the ode in Ancient Greek tragedy.
